If your equipment is listed as 'Unknown', this indicates that you opted to not receive an access point from Common Networks during your installation. There is no additional action you have to take on your part
If your equipment is listed as 'Disconnected', this indicates that you have received an access point from Common Networks but it is currently not plugged in.
- If you're using your own router, check to make sure that the Ethernet cable connection is not loose and there is power to the router
- If you are using a router provided by Common Networks, you can give us a call to help you troubleshoot the issue
